Sure, a little (emphasis on little) time with family is awesome! But the hardest part of the holidays by far is gift-giving! Most people suck at it, let’s be honest. You didn’t want 75% of your gifts last year, and a few haven’t made their way inside from the garage.

However, look no further! We will be your gift-shopper for you. You don’t need to spend hours in line on Black Friday. You don’t need to spend hours scrolling different online retailers. We personally own or have used every single one of these items, and hand-picked our favorites! All of these gift are tried-and-true, your loved one will absolutely adore their gift, and adore you for getting it for them.

The New Camp Cookbook: Gourmet Grub for Campers, Road Trippers, and Adventurers

Whenever we go camping, we make it a priority to make sure we are still eating healthy and nutritious food. This cookbook has endless delicious recipes for breakfast, mid day meals, small snacks, dinners, camping delights and drinks. What more could you ask for!

Our favorite recipe we’ve tried so far is the spinach, sweet potato, and carrot quinoa chowder. It’s been super fun to try new recipes especially when we’re out in the woods camping. It’s like having our own private 5-star restaurant!

JBL Bluetooth Speaker

Who doesn’t love music? It can set the mood for any occasion. That’s why we always hike, camp, and travel with this handy dandy speaker in tow!

We especially love this one because it is waterproof, which has come in handy when we are stuck in the rain or playing in the lake or ocean. We have completely submerged it underwater and it still works!

Also, we are really impressed with the sound quality and battery life (up to 12 hours) from this tiny speaker. At 6 inches long and 2 inches wide, it will easily fit in any bag, or even a fanny pack!

Added bonus: it has an attachable strap, so it can easily be clipped to your backpack or hiking bag for a trek or a bike ride!

DJI Drone

We cannot tell you enough how much we love our drone. Pretty much the coolest thing on earth right now, and it is not very close.

We love the DJI Drone because it is extremely small, making it easier to travel with compared to the bigger drones, and still has amazing camera quality. It is also less than half the price of other drones with similar camera quality!

We feel we can capture a destination so much better with a drone and absolutely love taking video and pictures of the places we have been on this little guy. If you are shopping for someone who loves to travel, or just loves photography or videography, we guarantee they will love a drone!

Tent

Any good camper loves a great tent. Camping can be ‘in tents’ (intense … ba dum tsch! Dad jokes are done for the day) and you need a good tent to shield from the elements!

We love the 2 person tent for carrying on a hike if we are back country camping, roughing it in the woods. The instant cabin is AWESOME for campgrounds. So much space to move around, easy to set-up, and looks pretty darn good too!

Cooler Backpack

Is this a ‘cooler’ backpack because it is the coolest backpack we’ve ever had? Yes. Yes, it is. But is also has a built in cooler! What could be better for camping, hikes, and picnics? Not much, friends.

We absolutely love using this backpack for hiking because, in addition to the mobile picnic functionality, it is incredibly comfortable! And the top pocket is large enough to fit anything else you need on your hike! We always bring along our drone, camera, tripod, and a few other throw-in items!

YETI Vacuum Insulated Stainless Steel Mug

We own a few YETI products and absolutely love them all. We have a Roadie Cooler that keeps our food cold for days, literally. We took it on a road trip around Lake Michigan and we had cold cheese for the whole trip!

However, we realize their coolers are expensive, and might be over the budget for gift-giving. This bottle or rambler would be a great gift for anyone, especially your hiking and camping enthusiast! Either cup will keep your coffee hot ALL. DAY. LONG! Or your water ice cold for your entire hike.

We also adore the fact that the closed top option keeps your drink in if it ever tips over or rolls around in your bag.

Gatorade 32 Oz Squeeze Bottle

If you ever run into us at the airport, we are guaranteed to each have one of these in hand. They are PERFECT for the airport. Empty them out to get through security, then fill them up at a fountain!

Our favorite water bottles we’ve ever used. They squirt out with some real power, making them great for a quick shot of water while on a long hike. We have to admit these bottles are just plain fun to drink out of, and great to squirt all over to cool off!

Added bonus: they are super fun to have water fights with! Surprise your sweetie with a water fight while they’re brushing their teeth! Promise they won’t be mad…

SD Card Carrying Case

If you know someone that loves taking photos or video when they are traveling, they need this memory card carrying case. We cannot tell you the amount of times we’ve had to tear up our campsite and car looking for a tiny memory card that we somehow misplaced.

SD cards are tiny and very easy to misplace if you don’t have a place to keep them. What makes this a problem is that SD cards are CRITICAL! They hold all your pictures, and your camera or drone won’t work without them. We recently started using this case and have been feeling super organized with everything labeled. No more searching for that missing memory card!

Electronics Organizer

We like to feel organized when we travel and this electronic organizer bag has helped us out tremendously in that department. We carry a lot of electronics with us and of course every single one has a different charging cable that needs to come along too.

You especially don’t want to be fumbling around in the dark at your campsite looking for a battery for your flashlight. Better to have all your electronics in one place!

This bag helps keep everything organized in one spot, while keeping the cords untangled. No more digging through your bag to find that one charger that is somehow hiding every time you need to use it.

Everything Lululemon makes is super comfortable, stylish as heck, and very high quality. They make workout clothes that are so cute, we wear them even when we aren’t working out.

Julie specifically loves their sports bras because it’s one of the items she can actually afford! If you’ve shopped at Lululemon before, their prices on some items can be up there… Plus, they are perfect for a hot yoga session or a hike on a humid day where you don’t want to be wearing a bunch of layers!

Kijaro Portable Camping and Sports Chair

These chairs are great for camping and come in a bunch of colors so you can pick one that fits your personality. They are super lightweight, making them easy to carry around, yet very sturdy so you aren’t worried about ending up on your bum in embarrassment.

Also, we love that it has two cup holders because who doesn’t love options (coffee in one, wine in the other?). And it even has a pocket hanging off the side for any valuables or snacks. Once your finished, it folds up into an easy to carry package with a shoulder strap!

Set of 2 Microfiber Towels

When camping or hiking, a good towel is so key, and not exactly something everyone thinks about before they need it. It is important to wipe off sweat or dry off after jumping in the water.

However, you don’t want a towel that stays wet and heavy for a long time until it is smelly and stinks up your whole tent or bag. Anyone who has been there knows it can ruin a trip.

These towels are game changers. They will dry you off and then dry themselves super quickly so they are ready for your next stink-free adventure!

Hammocks are the bomb.com. Especially great for anyone who simply loves to nap in nature, or relax and get lost in a good book.

The reason we specifically love this one is because it’s a 2 person hammock we both can fit on and nap together. What’s better than a nap? A nap with someone you love. It comes in a bunch of colors and options. And they have 1 person hammocks too if that’s what you prefer!

Our double hammock holds 1000 pounds. We don’t suggest doing that, because if you are on a hammock with 1000 pounds of stuff, you probably have bigger problems than your hammock breaking… but still, pretty cool to be able to say as your loved one opens it up.

Coleman Classic Propane Stove

We love cooking on our propane stove! We absolutely love being out in nature, totally secluded all by ourselves and still being able to cook delicious and nutritious meals without having to move.

This thing requires no electricity, so you never have to worry about a power hookup. You do have to make sure you have some small propane tanks, but that is super easy to bring along!
